  • EDerma uses professional courier services to deliver orders across South Africa.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier service constraints, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond EDerma’s control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and location.

  • Any customs, duties, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.

Risk and Responsibility

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers are advised to inspect parcels upon receipt.
