Bioderma’s advanced research has developed SUN BARRIER TECHNOLOGY which combines UV filters and vitamin E, an antioxidant naturally present in the skin, with apricot kernel oil rich in biomimetic lipids.
It provides double ecobiological protection adapted to the delicate skin of children:
– Very high broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection
– Protection & reinforcement of the skin barrier which also prevents long-term damage
All this in a short formula based on 4 high-efficiency, high-security and ocean-friendly filters
All our formulas are respectful of aquatic ecosystems since they present no toxicity on corals, microalgae and freshwater plankton. They are tested in marine and fresh waters and these tests are carried out on our filters and finished products, and not just our filters.
Photoderm PEDIATRICS Milk SPF50+ is rated excellent on applications.
Children from 12 months
MULTI-RESISTANT: Water, heat, humidity, sand, sweat

Sun Barrier Technology:
High technology sun protection was tailored to protect babies and children’s delicate skin’s self-defense abilities under sun exposure. This technology combines UV filters, Vitamin E naturally present in the skin and apricot kernel oil for an input of biomimetic lipids & provides a triple protection: – Broad spectrum UV protection, optimized against short and long UVA – Antioxidant protection to preserve skin’s low natural reserves in squalene from UV oxidation and prevent long-term damages – Preservation of skin’s natural barrier function
