5. Orders & Availability

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7.1 Eligible Returns
You may request a return only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or
- You received the wrong product due to our error.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selected by customer
- Opened or used products (unless damaged upon arrival) Photographic evidence on arrival before opening required.
- Allergic reactions (customers are responsible for checking ingredients)
7.2 Reporting a Problem
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
7.3 Refunds & Replacements
If your return is approved:
- We will provide a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
